Our focus for the next five years
We will focus on three key shifts:
Care closer to home
Delivering more services in community settings and making care more accessible.
Digital and innovation
Making better use of technology to improve care, reduce duplication and support staff.
Prevention
Supporting people to stay well for longer and reducing avoidable illness.
Alongside this, we will continue to strengthen our services, develop our workforce, and work in partnership across the health and care system.
